Located on the first floor of the hotel, the Bois d’Arlon Golf & Resort restaurant Brasserie G owes its name to two inspirations: the surrounding golf course and the characteristic shape of its large bay windows, elegantly reminiscent of a “G”. These majestic windows bathe the room in natural light and open onto a large terrace offering a breathtaking view of the green and surrounding nature.

At the helm, family duo Cyrille and Hugo Schneider, father and son, bring their expertise and passion for gastronomy to the table. Already renowned for their success at Brasserie Beaulieu in Luxembourg-City, here they reinvent the brasserie experience with generous, tasty dishes.
